Cancellation & Refund

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

You can contact us at the phone number provided to you while placing the specific order or email us at with complete details of the complaint encountered by you. We shall try to fix the issue amicably.

However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Restaurant. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be decided by the Restaurant.

 

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via the channels mentioned under Contact Us. 

Requests received later than 1 business day before the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

 

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same source account with a TAT 5~7 working days.
